What is Intensive Residential Treatment
Intensive Residential Treatment is a clinically managed high-intensity residential service which provides 24-hour monitoring and intensive treatment for adults needing a highly structured setting to interrupt their substance use, gain stability, and begin developing the skills necessary for recovery.
Length of stay is based on individual needs. The typical length of stay is from 14–21 days, but may change if warranted.
Residents attend group treatment sessions, peer support groups, and individual sessions. In addition, case management and other recovery support activities are provided throughout treatment.
